Dr. Madison Homesley

Dr. Madison Homesley earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from East Carolina University. A proud native of Lincolnton, North Carolina, she returned to the western Carolina region after graduation with a deep commitment to giving back to her community through compassionate, high-quality dental care.

Dr. Homesley is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients, believing that trust and communication are the foundations of excellent care. She takes time to truly listen, ensuring that each patient feels heard, understood, and empowered to make informed decisions about their oral and overall health.

Dedicated to clinical excellence, Dr. Homesley stays current with the latest advancements in dentistry through ongoing continuing education. She is also actively involved in local dental societies, where she continues to grow as both a clinician and community member.

Outside the office, Dr. Homesley enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, Ellie. She’s an outdoor enthusiast who loves hiking, skiing, playing pickleball, and staying active at the gym.
